I contracted R3 Aviation Services to sell my PA-31 Navajo 325. Nick was first class from the start—driving from Nashville to HSV to take stunning photos and craft a detailed listing, even navigating FBO hassles without missing a beat. Within an hour of posting, he had a serious buyer. When questions arose, Nick quickly located supporting logbooks and mechanic records to address concerns. Thirty days from start to finish! My son obtained his PPL in early June, and we were interested in finding a used Cirrus to purchase, complete Embark training, and be ready to take to Virginia in early August. We had our first conversation with Nick on June 30th. We found the right airplane, completed an initial inspection and test flight at the seller's FBO, completed a full Pre-purchase inspection, and closed on the airplane on July 30th. Nick has unbelievable knowledge and deep resources for Cirrus aircraft. This was only possible with Nick's expertise and resources to move things along quickly but carefully. The icing on the cake was that by August 9th, Nick and his CSIP's completed the entire Embark training program with my son and had him proficient in the airplane. These planes move quickly when they become available for resale and trying to take the time to look over all the details, contact the seller/broker, and make some type of informed decision can be challenging. After our initial discussion about my limitations, wants and needs, Nick produced a very thorough spreadsheet comparing every plane each of us could find. "I met Nick randomly vacationing in Nashville after visiting his local airport. I told him I was interested in a SR 22. Before I was home he had narrowed down a list of three potential candidates. After doing some research on these they just didn’t fit the bill. He then located an off market one in California in which I flew there to inspect myself.
